Most business owners chase (or are pushed into ) funding before they know what they actually qualify for – and end up in the wrong kind of debt.
Tired of brokers pushing whatever pays them the most? Our Long Term Funding (LTF) services is a full diagnostic of your business and a clear roadmap to the financing you actually qualify for – backed by 25+ years of preferred lender relationships.
25+ years of SBA, CRE, and term lender relationships
Full diagnostic of your P&L, balance sheet, and debt
A clear plan and timeline to get you funding-ready
Personal & business credit reviewed and repaired
One advisor who knows your business, start to finish
We work for your outcome, not a commission check
Most business owners look for funding backwards – they take whatever’s offered instead of finding out what they actually qualify for. Without a real look at your financials, credit, and debt structure, you’re guessing. Lenders aren’t.
LTF Advisory starts with the diagnosis, not the pitch. We review your business the way an underwriter will, then build the roadmap – SBA, CRE, term, or otherwise – to get you the financing that actually fits your goals and keeps you safe.
Utility bills are not simple documents. They’re dense, technical, and deliberately difficult to audit without the right tools. Rate schedules, tariff codes, demand charges, meter read cycles; most business owners pay what’s on the bill because they assume it’s correct. Utilities count on that.
Full review of your financials, debt, and credit by a business lending professional
One senrio lending advisor guiding every step of the process
A complete roadmap and timeline to get your business loan-ready
Matched with one of our preferred lending partners who bets suits your profile
There’s a real process behind getting your business capital-ready. Here’s a full breakdown of what’s involved — what we review, how the roadmap comes together, who qualifies, and what to expect.
(Program scope = everything included once you're engaged)
LTF Advisory isn't a one-time consultation - it's a full engagement that starts the day you sign and stays with you through funding. Most clients come in with a long-term goal - like SBA financing in 6 months - but sometimes the business can't wait that long to get funded. This program covers both: we build your long-term roadmap, and if funding is needed along the way, we place that too, whether it's SBA, commercial real estate, term, asset-based, or short-term bridge financing. Whatever the timeline, you're never left to find it on your own. This keep you and your business safe from having to deal with predatory lending.
Here's what's included:
(Financial & underwriting review: what this means is we take a full look at your business as it stands today)
We start by pulling everything: tax returns, profit and loss statements, balance sheet, debt schedules, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and anything else that gives us a real financial picture. From there, we build a current snapshot of where your business stands right now.
Then we look for places to improve, not just operationally, but in how your business will actually read to a lender. That includes things like:
If we find issues like these, part of the engagement may involve working directly with your CPA, CFO or bookkeeper to correct them, so your financials are telling lenders the true, strongest version of your business.
(Strategic roadmap: The plan that turns your diagnosis into a funded outcome.)
A diagnosis by itself doesn't get you funded, it just tells you where you stand. The roadmap is where that turns into action: a real plan, with a real timeline, built around your actual goals rather than a generic checklist.
That plan includes:
Every roadmap is different, because every business is different. But you always leave this stage knowing exactly what has to happen, in what order, and by when.
(A simple, one-time engagement fee.)
LTF Advisory is $500, payable in two installments of $250. This isn't a diagnostic fee, it's a commitment fee, on both sides. The moment you're in, you've got a dedicated advisor working your file, and we've committed to building and executing your roadmap.
Your $500 commitment fee is fully refundable, credited back to you out of our commission on your first funded loan through us.
(A member of your team, focused on your finances so you don't have to be.)
Most business owners are experts at what they do, not at business finance, funding strategy, or capital planning. A pizza maker knows pizza. A dentist knows dentistry. Neither one signed up to become an expert in debt schedules, lender requirements, or when to refinance.
That's what ongoing advisory is for. Think of your advisor as a member of your team, someone keeping you on track and making sure decisions around funding and financial strategy are sound, so you can stay focused on running the business you're actually good at. That includes:
(The difference between going it alone and having someone actually on your side.)
Seeking funding on your own:
You start Googling, filling out random applications, maybe hitting a lead form or two. Within days, your phone doesn't stop. Every call is a broker with a pitch, most of them slinging MCAs, none of them asking a single question about your business before offering you money. You take something because you need cash flow now. A few months later you're stacked, your daily debits are eating your revenue, and the people who sold it to you were never underwriters, they were salesmen reading a script.
Working with LTF Advisory:
We start with the goal, not the product. What are you actually trying to do, grow, refinance, get out of expensive debt? From there we look at the pain points, the shortcomings, and the strong suits already working in your favor. Depending on where your business stands, that could mean an SBA loan in as little as two months, or it could mean a short-term timeline while we build toward something bigger. Either way, you're placed with lenders we've built preferred relationships with over 20+ years, not whoever answers the phone first.
(A breeze, on purpose.)
Complete the intake form on this page. It'll ask a series of questions about your business and request a full set of documents for review. If you don't have something on hand, like a debt schedule, we provide the tools to help you build it. From there, we take it from here, no runaround, no chasing paperwork for weeks, just a real look at where you stand and what's possible.
A broker gets paid when a deal closes — any deal. An advisor gets paid to find you the right one, even if that means telling you to wait six months.
We ask for a real commitment because we're making one back. You're committing to a plan, and we're committing to executing it - together.
Answer a few quick questions about your business. We'll give you a sense of where you stand today — and what it would take to get you truly capital-ready.
