Sean Hawley is Managing Director at PG Strategic, where he oversees operational strategy, systems infrastructure, and partner pipeline management for the firm’s commercial finance and business consulting operations. With 25+ years of experience working with small and mid-sized businesses across logistics, construction, retail, and professional services, Sean brings a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to get deals done and keep operations running at scale.

Sean leads the integration of AI-driven tools and automation into the firm’s core workflows – from lender and ISA pipeline architecture to CRM design and client processing – ensuring PG Strategic operates with the speed and precision that clients and partners expect.

Prior to PG Strategic, Sean founded and led BLF Lending and BLF Digital, building a track record across commercial finance, digital strategy, and business consulting spanning three decades. He also founded National Debt Counseling, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting individuals and families navigating financial hardship.

When he’s not working, Sean composes classical music, and is a dedicated animal rescuer. His awareness cause is the SATO Project, a nonprofit rescuing abused and abandoned animals in Puerto Rico.
